Chef de Cuisine David Baxter & Host Rob Kline will present four courses expertly paired with four craft beers. There will be a beer and cheese tasting starting at 6pm, and dinner will be served at 7pm. $40 per person.

1st Course
Watermelon, mint, and feta with a spring mix salad and a balsamic dressing.
~Paired with Stoudt’s Heifer in Wheat

2nd Course
Grilled Calamari stuffed with coconut rice and slow roasted tomatoes with a lime vinaigrette & lime pin wheels.
~Paired with Left Hand Polestar Pilsner

3rd Course
Salmon and asparagus wrapped in prosciutto and phyllo dough, apple lambic sauce.
~Paired with Tripel Karmeliet

4th Course
Beer infused chocolate pound cake with a caramel drizzle.
Paired with Sly Fox Black Raspberry Reserve
